East 13th Street – East Village
East 13th Street – East Village is a ground-up, six story, 11-family unit residential building. This new building has about 11,000 SF and features two 2-bedroom apartment units per floor on the upper levels. All apartments have access to a bike room and storage units in the cellar. There is also a roof terrace that overs sweeping views into the surrounding neighborhood. The apartments to the back have balconies towards the courtyard.

The front and back facades blend into the neighborhood with a dark, reddish brick. Their dark metal, European window and use of bluestone panels for the first floor.
