Paula was born and raised in Brazil and studied Architecture and Urbanism at University of Itajai (UNIVALI/SC). After completing her Architectural Degree, she moved to Australia to enhance her knowledge in interior design & decoration at Melbourne Polytechnic. For 6.5 years, she worked at a design office in Melbourne with hospitality and retail projects, documenting, coordinating, and detailing high-end designs. In 2020, her previous Australian-based office was involved with an international retail brand to design a flagship store in New York, and Paula’s collaboration with DHD initiated. With the success of the project and the partnership between both offices, Paula got an opportunity to relocate to New York and start working with DHD full time. Paula enjoys traveling, dancing, and hiking in the nature.
